Dears beloved sisters and brothers in Christ,
Each Lent, Nativity Catholic Church has partnered with a local organization for our Lent Project. It puts the “Give” into the Lent works of penance to pray, fast, and give.
For the Nativity Lent Project 2024, Tina DeWolfe-Stafstrom spoke at Mass about Life Choices Medical Center in Altamonte Springs. Its healing ministry supports pregnant moms, dads and ultimately their beautiful babies. Nativity collected over $50,000 for Life Choices. Nativity parishioners volunteer at Life Choices.

This Lent 2025, the Nativity Lent Project is Pathways to Care. Pathways to Care, founded in 2003 by Fr. John Bluett and St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, cares for the homeless discharged from the hospital but with no place to go. Rather than put a man with a new amputation on the street, Pathways to Care gives him a room and three squares a day. It provides medical care, deals with substance abuse, and transitions them into safe housing.

Good news! We have received a $30,000 challenge grant from an anonymous parishioner. Your gift will be doubled! Donate for one bed, and Pathways will get two. Donate $50, and Pathways will get $100.
Thank you for giving as you are able.
Blessed Lent, Father David
